Weʼre hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Kathmandu to streamline delivery operations, build a world-class infrastructure, and lead WP Creativeʼs ISO certification journey.

Youʼll be responsible for building the technology backbone – from hosting and DevOps to compliance and security – ensuring WP Creative runs like a top-tier global agency trusted by enterprise-level clients.

Youʼll report directly to the General Manager (Nepal) and collaborate closely with the Founders and global leadership team.

To turn WP Creativeʼs technology, systems, and delivery infrastructure into a secure, scalable, and fully operational 24/7 engine.

Youʼll lead our ISO certification, own hosting and infrastructure, and ensure everything – from deployment to monitoring – runs with precision and proactivity.

Build a 24/7 Delivery Infrastructure

• Design and implement systems for continuous, two-shift operations (AU & US time zones).
• Create seamless handover processes between shifts using automation, shared tools, and standardised environments.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to align tech operations with delivery and client success.

Strengthen Security, Compliance & Reliability

• Take ownership of all infrastructure, servers, and hosting environments.
• Implement proactive monitoring and incident response for client websites and systems.
• Build security protocols and compliance aligned with global standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO).
• Lead the full ISO certification process, working with our external vendor – from documentation to audit readiness.
• Ensure all development follows strict security and performance standards.

Streamline Delivery & DevOps

• Simplify and systemise delivery processes for speed and consistency.
• Build tools, pipelines, and automation that reduce manual dependency and errors.
• Mentor developers on best practices in CI/CD, testing, QA, and deployment.
• Create repeatable playbooks for scalable, secure delivery.

Lead Hosting & Infrastructure Expansion

• Launch WP Creativeʼs Web Hosting Division – taking full ownership of infrastructure, uptime, and support systems.
• Select and manage hosting vendors and monitoring tools.
• Build internal processes for proactive uptime alerts, server management, and client reporting.
• Ensure “ownership of digital assetsˮ becomes a reality through reliability and transparency.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Build, lead, and mentor a small but elite DevOps team (currently 1 engineer, expanding as required).
• Collaborate with Sydney and US teams to ensure tech supports global operations.
• Be a hands-on contributor when needed, but lead through systems, not chaos.
• Align people, systems, and processes with the 10x Vision and Scaling Framework.

• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or Senior DevOps Lead in a global or 24/7 environment.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps, hosting, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Experienced with security, compliance, and ISO certification processes.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, server management, and security audits.
• Calm, systematic, and solutions-focused leader who builds scalable systems, not patches problems.
• Youʼve worked with or led delivery for mid-enterprise or enterprise clients in global markets.
• A builder and integrator – technical enough to code, strategic enough to scale.

You are the guardian of systems and scalability – the person who ensures WP Creative runs with reliability, security, and precision.

Youʼll work alongside the General Manager and Founders to build a 24/7 operation that powers 500 marketing teams across the globe.

• Base Salary: TBD (depending on experience and capability)
• Performance Incentive: Quarterly bonuses tied to delivery efficiency, and uptime
