Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of 25+ staff
  • Liaise with Sydney team for smooth projects delivery
  • Manage the Project Management team to deliver on time, within budget and required quality standard
  • Build a customer experience strategy and align the team and activities
  • Establish HR policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Manage team training, staff motivation and team building
  • Assist in improving recruitment strategy
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

  • A degree in management
  • 5+ years’ experience in having led a team of between 10-50 people
  • Proven experience in clients management and building a customer experience strategy
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, including helping to execute the company’s strategy and vision
  • An understanding of general HR management (Recruitment strategy, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, KPIs etc)
  • Technical background and experience of website development process especially WordPress
