Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of 25+ staff
- Liaise with Sydney team for smooth projects delivery
- Manage the Project Management team to deliver on time, within budget and required quality standard
- Build a customer experience strategy and align the team and activities
- Establish HR policies that promote company culture and vision
- Manage team training, staff motivation and team building
- Assist in improving recruitment strategy
- Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
- A degree in management
- 5+ years’ experience in having led a team of between 10-50 people
- Proven experience in clients management and building a customer experience strategy
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, including helping to execute the company’s strategy and vision
- An understanding of general HR management (Recruitment strategy, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, KPIs etc)
- Technical background and experience of website development process especially WordPress
