Some of the qualities that we are looking for in our web design interns:

• Be skilful in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop and/or other common design and layout applications.
• Experience in designing for the web.
• Should be able to produce e-newsletter design.
• Must have an interest in interface design.
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to manage time efficiently.
• Should be able to work independently and with the team.
• Should be on top of deadlines every time.

Some of the qualities that we are looking for in our web development interns:

• Basic knowledge of major web development languages HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
• General knowledge of web design.
• Understanding of MySQL database.
• Basic understanding of open-source web development tools, such as WordPress.
• Should be able to perform basic web browser compatibility checks in major browsers, such as IE, Firefox, and Google Chrome.
• Should have Web security knowledge.
• Can Investigate, learn and use technologies required in the application.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work together with other people
• Good learning attitude and adaptive learning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Some of the qualities that we are looking for in our online marketing interns

• Understand and can provide competitive research and analysis support.
• Can perform marketing research and develop a strategy.
• Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media.
• Assist with search engine optimization strategies.
• Perform everyday search engine marketing.
• Help with the collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns.
• Ability to draft client communications, and content for blogs, websites.
• Update company and client’s social media timely.
• Should be on top of deadlines every time.
