Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, managing all the aspects of the project
- Manage end to end customer experience from requirements collection to delivery
- Deliver project on-time, within budget and the quality standards
- Make sure the team’s utilisation is efficiently managed and has higher productivity
- Conduct regular retrospective with a focus on continuous improvement
- Take full ownership of the development process and standards
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience and interest in the end to end customer experience management
- Experience with Scrum and Agile tools like JIRA, Zoho Sprints
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP and version control tools like Git
- Ability to manage challenging and high standards international website projects
- Understanding of resource utilisation and planning in cross-departments
