Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, managing all the aspects of the project
  • Manage end to end customer experience from requirements collection to delivery 
  • Deliver project on-time, within budget and the quality standards
  • Make sure the team’s utilisation is efficiently managed and has higher productivity
  • Conduct regular retrospective with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Take full ownership of the development process and standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience and interest in the end to end customer experience management
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile tools like JIRA, Zoho Sprints
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP and version control tools like Git
  • Ability to manage challenging and high standards international website projects
  • Understanding of resource utilisation and planning in cross-departments
