What Every Maintenance Package Includes
The essentials are covered in all three website support and maintenance packages, so your team never has to chase them.
Scheduled Updates
We run software and plugin updates on a copy of your site, check nothing breaks, then release them to production.
Off-Site Backups
Daily backups are stored off-site, with a second copy kept locally, so we can restore your site quickly if needed.
Security Monitoring
Ongoing scanning, patching and malware prevention keep your brand, your forms and your customer data protected.
Uptime Tracking
Site health and server status are watched around the clock, so problems are flagged the moment they appear.
Development Hours
Every package includes monthly developer time for landing pages, fixes and new features, not just upkeep.
Emergency Response
If your site goes down, a developer is on it within the hour, with a four-hour fix target from 8am to 8pm AEST.
Manual QA Testing
Every change is checked by our QA team on staging before it is released, so launches go live without surprises.
Monthly Reporting
A clear report on updates, uptime, backups and fixes that you can share with your stakeholders in minutes.
Direct Support
Talk to the developers and project manager who know your site by phone or email, rather than a ticket queue.
Update-Only Plans vs Packages With Development Hours
Most website maintenance plans cover updates and backups, and some hosts bundle basic maintenance into your hosting fee. Both keep the basics covered. Here is what each option typically includes, so you can choose the right fit.
Built to Do More Than Keep Your Site Running
Update-only plans cover the basics. Our website maintenance packages add tools, methods and services built to protect your site and make it earn more.
Tracking You Can Trust
The WPO Platform™ monitors tracking, speed and security 24/7, so broken tags and data gaps get fixed before they skew reports.
Visible in AI Answers
The WPO Platform™ also tracks how your site appears in AI answers like ChatGPT, so visibility gaps surface early and get prioritised.
Speed That Holds Up
Performance is tuned every month, so pages stay fast as you add new content, plugins, features and more traffic over time.
Ready for Your Agency's Strategy
On Scale and Enterprise, we handle technical SEO and AEO fixes, so your agency's strategy is not held back by the site.
Progress You Can Report
A WPO Framework™ roadmap and regular reviews show leadership what changed, what it achieved and what comes next each quarter.
Less Risk, Less Admin
Enterprise includes ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness support and vendor risk assessments, saving your team hours on each audit.
Which Maintenance Package Is Right for You?
Start with where your website is today. We will match the right level of support from there.
Stability First, Then Growth
Your site matters to the business, and you want a senior team keeping it secure, fast and improving through monthly development. Usually a Care Plan fit.
You Run Campaigns Every Month
Your website is a core lead channel, and you want conversion gains and new landing pages shipped on a 90-day roadmap. Usually a Scale Plan fit.
Big Sites, Bigger Stakes
You run several sites or one high-stakes platform, and need sign-off, integrations and reporting leadership trusts. Usually an Enterprise Plan fit.
Why Marketing Teams Choose WP Creative Maintenance Packages
A maintenance partner that understands campaigns, not just code.
Every task is handled by our own developers in Sydney and Kathmandu. No freelancers and no outsourcing.
A dedicated project manager who knows your site, your goals and your backlog, and keeps work moving.
Package prices sit on this page, so you know the monthly investment before your first conversation.
There is no lock-in. We suggest six months to see the full benefit, and you can stop whenever you like.
Our developers think like marketers, so every change is weighed against leads, speed and conversions.
Priority-based response times mean urgent issues get fixed fast and everything else is planned into sprints.
Move from Care to Scale or Enterprise when campaigns ramp up, and keep the same team on your website.
Chosen by UTS, UNSW, Transport for NSW, Quantium and nib to keep complex, high-traffic websites running.
A Maintenance Package That Works to Your Marketing Plan
Updates and backups are the starting line, not the finish.
Your project manager plans each month’s development hours around your campaign calendar. Landing pages, tracking fixes and speed work are ready before launch day, not the week after.
On Scale and Enterprise packages, we work directly with your marketing or SEO agency. Your strategy stays with them. We make sure the website can deliver it.
The result is a website that keeps pace with your marketing, instead of holding it back.

Website Maintenance Packages FAQs
Straight answers about our packages, pricing and terms.
A website maintenance package is a monthly service that keeps your site updated, backed up, secure and online. Ours also include development hours, so the same team that looks after your site can build landing pages, fix issues and improve performance each month.
Every package covers core, theme and plugin updates on staging, daily off-site backups, security monitoring, uptime tracking, QA testing, emergency support and a monthly report. Development hours start at 20 a month on Care, 40 on Scale and 80 on Enterprise. Scale adds CRO, Core Web Vitals and tracking work. Enterprise adds governance, integrations and compliance support.
Website maintenance packages start from $2,500 a month for the Care Plan, $5,000 a month for the Scale Plan and $10,000 a month for the Enterprise Plan at WP Creative. Every package includes updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, QA testing and monthly development hours, from 20 hours on Care to 80 hours on Enterprise. There is no lock-in, and billing runs month to month. For more detailed cost breakdown, see our pricing.
Care suits stable sites that need reliable upkeep and small improvements. Scale suits websites that drive pipeline and need ongoing CRO and speed work. Enterprise suits organisations with several sites or strict reporting needs. If you are unsure, book a free audit and we will recommend one.
Yes, because the software around your site keeps moving even when your content does not. Plugins release updates, PHP versions change and new security patches arrive every month. A package keeps all of that tested, applied and backed up for you. A very simple site may only need a basic plan. If your website brings in leads, the Care Plan keeps it protected and improving.
One-off fixes are booked after something needs attention, often with a new developer each time. A package is planned work with the same team every month. Monitoring spots issues early, updates are tested before release, and improvements are scheduled rather than squeezed in. You also get a predictable monthly cost instead of surprise invoices.
Yes. You can move up or down between Care, Scale and Enterprise as your needs change. Your team, your board and your history stay the same, so there is no restart.
No. All packages are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. We recommend six months to see the full value, but you can cancel whenever you choose. You own your website, code and data at all times, so leaving is simple.
Hosting is not included in our packages today. We work with whichever host you use now. If your hosting is slowing your site down or causing downtime, we can recommend a better fit and handle the migration for you.
Yes. We start with an audit to understand the code, plugins and hosting. Then we fix any urgent risks and bring the site into our maintenance process.
WP Creative’s maintenance packages cover the major platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow and Shopify. Most of our clients run on WordPress or WooCommerce, and we look after Webflow and Shopify sites with the same standard of support.. For platform-specific detail, see our WordPress maintenance services and Webflow maintenance pages.
Every package uses the same priority SLA. When your whole site is down (P1), we respond inside 60 minutes and aim to have it back within four hours. When part of the site is broken (P2), we respond inside four hours and fix it within one business day. Urgent cover runs 8am to 8pm AEST.
